• Complete required documentation daily, in a professional manner

• Be at least 21 to work in our Children's Residential programhowever, we have other Direct Support Professional roles for those between 18-21 so we still encourage you to apply if you are not 21 or over.
• Be able to provide formal proof of a high school diploma or GED
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and physical
• Favorably meet and maintain Damar Services background screening
• Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal offenses
