Position Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience of experience with all aspects of residential new home construction and home remodeling

- Good communication skills

- Ability to schedule and coordinate with owners, local code officials, subcontractors and vendors

- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

- Valid driver’s license
