Job Description
Supervise front desk clerks and activities. Train, direct, and supervise Front Desk team to ensure an optimal level of service and hospitality is provided. Possess strong communication skills including the ability to deal effectively with a diverse group of employees and guests. Ensure the highest degree of guest service and professional conduct at all times. Utilize service skills to ensure that all needs and issues of the guests are met promptly and with complete satisfaction. Respond to in-person/phone/email inquiries regarding reservations and hotel information. Assist in monitoring and maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Resolve guest complaints in a timely manner. Assist with maintaining the reservation and booking systems.
