    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional projects related to AFC, group homes, and behavioral health programs.
    • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and compliance teams to ensure programs meet state and federal requirements (e.g., Medicaid, DMH, DPH).
    • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor project performance, track key deliverables, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
    • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including case managers, caregivers, clinicians, and regulators.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on project status, outcomes, and performance metrics.
    • Support the development of new services, facilities, or technology tools to improve care delivery.
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the care continuum.
    • Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other applicable confidentiality and privacy standards.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
    • 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit environments.
    • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care coordination, and service delivery in community-based settings.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • PMP certification is a plus but not required.
