    Responsibilities:

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal, with a strong focus on intellectual property litigation
    • Demonstrated proficiency in federal and state e-filing systems, particularly Delaware CM/ECF
    • Proven ability to manage litigation calendars, docket deadlines, and prepare detailed legal filings
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with litigation support software is a plus
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and proofread legal documents accurately
    • Experienced in trial preparation, including coordinating exhibits and preparing trial binders
    • Reliable, proactive team player with a high degree of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information
    • Willingness to work occasional overtime to meet litigation and client deadlines.
