possible. About The OpportunityResponsible for providing day-to-day
support of multiple areas including recruiting, collecting and analyzing
HR data, employee relations, manager coaching, and performance. Are you

growing company by helping employees and managers gain their full
potential while supporting all areas of Human Resources activities.
Duties include: Perform human resource generalist activities as needed
in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, benefits training and employee
relations. Utilize HRIS to administer staffing events, wages, status
change, leave entitlement, attendance, and other related personnel
transactions. Promote open door communication with all employees; be
visible to ensure employees feel at ease to approach for questions and
be available to counsel as required. Maintain ISO documents within Human
Resources. Assist with company-wide compliance activities. Participate
in strategic initiatives and projects in support of overall strategic
plan and resources to senior management team. Requirements Bachelor\'s
Degree in Human Resources, related field, or professional experience
equivalent Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, flexible,
team-oriented environment, with the ability to navigate competing
priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Strong written and
