Staffmark is coordinating the direct hire of a Maintenance Supervisor in Mason, OH. Our partner company is looking for an experienced leader ready to join their warehouse team. Showcase your talent and make a positive impact with this opportunity.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

5 years of industrial maintenance experience

Excellent hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills

PLC and HVAC training

Good communication and computer skills (MS Office applications)

Maintenance Supervisor Job Details:

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000/yr.

2nd Shift Hours: 1:30 PM - Finish (8-10 hours), Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays required.

Install replacement belts, filters, gears, chains, and valves

Troubleshoot pneumatic, electric, and hydraulic machine problems and make necessary repairs

Perform repairs to machines involving machine guarding, bolt replacement, and breakdowns due to mechanical wear

Weld machine components

Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, drive chains, etc.

Handle installations, including hooking up air, water, gas, and the alignment and leveling of equipment

Resolve all maintenance and mechanical problems promptly
