    We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our client's team in Louisville, Kentucky. This role is crucial in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee relations, and leading the HR team. As an HR Manager, you will also be involved in full-cycle recruitment and ensuring compliance with various regulations.


    Responsibilities:


    • Spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process to source and secure top talent

    • Foster and maintain positive employee relations to ensure a harmonious workplace environment

    • Develop, implement, and revise HR policies to align with company objectives and legal requirements

    • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines

    • Create and execute training and development plans for employees

    • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department

    • Collaborate with the Payroll Coordinator and Plant Supervisor on relevant matters

    • Utilize HRIS systems, such as Dayforce, for efficient management of HR tasks

    • Stay abreast of potential HRIS system changes and updates, including the review of Paycom, ADP, and Paylocity

    • Exercise strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Human Resources role in Manufacturing

    • Knowledge of HCM (Human Capital Management)

    • Ability to manage Benefit Functions

    • Excellent Communication skills

    • Knowledge of Compliance regulations within HR

    • Expertise in Employee Relations

    • Experience in managing Hiring Processes
