Job Summary

We are currently hiring a Payroll Compliance Consultant for our Client Service team, and our ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to ensure payroll compliance with FLSA and state of California specific requirements.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:
Reviews all payroll information for clients in CA
Ensures receipt of time detail
Review Break Exception information in PeopleNet and on timecards
Review waiver information
Utilize PeopleSoft query for reporting
Determines payments to be made when meal periods are due according to state requirements
Communicates with field prior to making CMP payments
Maintain client billing information for CMP payments and bill where appropriate

and an ability to effectively prioritize in a high volume, multi-task environment. Prior payroll or accounting experience. Prior PeopleSoft or other HRIS experience is preferred and minimum one year of related experience.
