Job Description: |
RAYUS Radiology, formerly Center for Diagnostic Imaging, is looking for a Teleradiology Associate to join our team. As a Teleradiology Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative and technological support for the teleradiology department by sending radiologic images over WAN and LAN between centers and to radiologists. This position is fulltime working Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm, no weekends. This role requires 6-8 weeks of onsite training in St Louis Park, MN. There will also be onsite meetings to attend.
Essential Duties: (90%) Technological Support Assigns exams to appropriate radiologist, which includes checking series and image numbers, associating exam, when necessary, correct jailed images in Merge, pulling prior exams from Acuo to Merge, calling outside hospital or clinic for prior imaging, linking all appropriate exams Document daily assignment of CT, MR and x-ray exams for fair distribution to the radiologists Troubleshoots FusionRIS, ACUO and Merge issues and calling Ops Support when necessary Checks with on-call radiologist concerning R&C and STAT exams that need to be assigned after 4:00pm (10%) Administrative Support Checks department voice mail and email in a timely manner Replenishes department office supplies including fax machine and printer paper
Required: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year Microsoft Office experience Data entry experience Proficient with using computer systems and typing
