The Reality Labs group is looking for a Director of Integrated Marketing to help shape the future of Augmented Reality. In this role, you will lead all campaign efforts for the current and future AR portfolio, directly manage a team of integrated marketers, and lead the greater cross-functional squad responsible for all aspects of AR marketing. Your team will be responsible for defining global marketing plans, partnering with XFN teams to lead best-in-class go-to-market for new hardware and product launches, and leading the development of breakthrough global integrated marketing programs and campaigns that deliver against business goals. Director, Integrated Marketing - AR Responsibilities
  • Build, manage, and nurture the global marcom team responsible for the AR portfolio. This includes modeling inclusive behaviors and build a diverse organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives
  • Lead all aspects of the global marketing strategy and campaign development for the AR portfolio
  • Establish strong partnerships with cross-functional partners including Creative, Product Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Marketing Insights, Product Management, Retail, Media, and more
  • Lead strong relationships with external agencies and inspiring the creation of exceptional campaign work
  • Demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing investment for the business through both short- and long-term measurement, across brand & performance metrics
  • Confidently represent the AR IMM team with marketing, Reality Labs, and company-level leadership
  • Proactively detect the largest problems impacting their team's execution and makes decisions that resolve and manage dependencies
Minimum Qualifications
  • 15+ years experience in marketing, advertising, and brand strategy
  • 8+ years experience managing consumer marketing teams with experience developing integrated marketing programs for large global brands
  • 5+ years experience working on consumer technology brands/products
  • Experience partnering with Insights and Analytics to develop data-driven culture that values speed and iteration
  • Experience managing global budgets, with a focus on stewarding responsible spend that drives business goals
  • Experience building and scaling a brand, business, and organization
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in consumer hardware
  • Experience in design-first brands
  • Experience leveraging culture (music, fashion, sports) to build brands

$227,000/year to $296,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to base salary, Meta offers benefits.
