Assistant Property Manager
Decatur Housing Authority EEOC

Minimum Qualifications: High School Graduate or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience, which in the sole determination of the Housing Authority, constitutes the required knowledge and abilities. One year or more of property management experience is desirable.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for assisting with various duties relative to housing occupancy, rent determination and collection, resident relations, and office procedures for the Housing Authority's developments. Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures plus proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and office equipment.
