Master Control Records Clerk

Duties:

• Receives, compiles and processes information.
• Updates records in the Offender Management System (OMS) with provided court information.
• Accurately prepares required records and reports as related to Master Control.
• Accepts bond monies and completes necessary paperwork.
• Assists the public with the Kiosk money system regarding inmate accounts.
• Prepares necessary paperwork and debit card transactions for the process of inmate releases.
• Assists the public in person by completing appropriate requested forms and also by telephone.
• Maintains confidentiality of information, reports and files of the department.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years general clerical experience.
