Full job description Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. Duties: - Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings - Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence - Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as needed - Assist in organizing and coordinating executive team events or meetings - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations - Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients - Assist with personal tasks for executives as required - Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness Skills: The ideal candidate should possess the following skills: - Strong organizational skills - Proficiency in data entry and office management software - Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role - Excellent proofreading abilities - Customer service orientation - Proficient in clerical tasks such as transcribing and project coordination This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, gain exposure to high-level decision-making processes, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
