Position Summary Information

Objective
Serves as the primary driver of the Mobile Go Center. Assists with preparations and ongoing maintenance of the Mobile Go Center such as ensuring overall cleanliness before, during, and after visits; performing equipment checks; maintaining inventory supplies; and performing other duties required to support the Mobile Go Center’s readiness to operate and to accept participant encounters.
Required Quals Summary
State of Texas Class B license (CDL).

Principal Accountabilities

Principal Accountabilities
Oversee operations of Mobile Go Center equipment.
Principal Accountabilities
Implements and directs processes and procedures to facilitate set-up and breakdown of Mobile Go Center.
Principal Accountabilities
Drives the Mobile Go Center unit to scheduled events, remains with the unit throughout event, and returns unit to the designated parking area.
Principal Accountabilities
Responsible for knowing how to operate the truck and all equipment, checking truck and unit for proper operation and checking unit hardware including computers, satellite, wheel chair lift, etc to ensure all is in proper working order before, during, and after each event. Reports any issues pertaining to equipment malfunctions, loss, damage, or theft.
Principal Accountabilities
Responsible for up keep of truck and unit to include washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc. to keep truck and unit clean, neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Minimum Qualifications

State of Texas Class B license (CDL).

Ability to read, write, and communicate with co-workers, supervisor, and students, and maintain daily records.

Ability to use a checklist to perform inspections of assigned vehicle(s) and to make visual inspection checks.

No felony, DWI, controlled substance arrests or convictions.
