Senior IS Healthcare Project Manager - 100% Remote within the Providence footprint of states (WA, OR, CA, MT, NM, TX, AK)
The Senior IS Healthcare Project Manager will support Providence's Clinical Technology Services (CTS) Cybersecurity program through the delivery of large, complex projects. This position will work collaboratively with enterprise, regional, and facility leaders to drive change and implement process improvements to execute Providence's medical device cybersecurity strategy. This individual will be responsible for independently planning, organizing, and managing each project from start to finish, including:
Identifying project goals, scope, objectives, and outcomes.
Creating project documents to outline tasks, timelines, and resources required.
Developing and implementing key processes and workflows.
Communicating with the project team and key stakeholders.
Managing project risks and issues.
Monitoring progress to ensure successful project delivery.
Evaluating project success and identifying areas for improvement in future projects.

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Project Management / Business Administration / Healthcare Administration / Clinical. Or equivalent educ/experience
6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations leading medium to large complex projects using PM methodologies and software.
6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations managing projects with multiple project teams, product development lifecycle, or quality lifecycle.
6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.
6 years Project management experience in healthcare, information services, or other relevant industry or operations developing and modifying process standards and objectives to a project as appropriate.
Preferred qualifications:
Prior healthcare experience (3 or more years)
Prior healthcare Lean/process improvement experience
Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
