Description

The HRIS Analyst has a primary focus on implementation, support, and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System. This position serves as a technical expert for information systems supporting HR planning and operations. Works closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing, and analyzing of data flows for process improvement opportunities. The Analyst also collaborates to support system upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects as assigned.
This is a full-time position, eligible for remote working (candidates must be within the USA). Ability to work in a hybrid capacity is preferred.

Essential Functions:
Confirm accuracy and integrity of all data entered, maintain and audit data in HRIS
systems and databases
Participates in the planning, prioritization, design, development, and implementation of HRIS solutions to streamline processes and increase efficiencies
Perform group data updates, exports, imports, clean-ups, and research/report
on any data discrepancies
Conduct data analysis on HR data such as compensation, classification, employment, employee relations, and/or benefits data as directed
Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools
Identify opportunities for automation and implement changes improve reporting process efficiency
Responsible for generating on-demand reports, as needed by HR and clients
Leads creation of HR metric reports (such as turnover) for client groups
Design, create, and maintain custom reporting and dashboards and present insights to key stakeholders
Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix.
Provide support for HR information system including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
Acts as key technology liaison with third parties and other stakeholders, including HRIS vendor
Applies knowledge of HR information systems and data in extracting and analyzing current, historical, and forecasted data to support strategic workforce planning
Partner with HR and/or vendors to troubleshoot system issues and integration data feeds
Collaborate with benefits team to report/analyze benefits enrollment data, including Open Enrollment reports
Maintains awareness of current trends in HR information systems with a focus on product and service development, delivery, and support, and applying key technologies
Participate in meetings and workgroups to provide information regarding system capabilities in order to drive new processes or process improvement
Participate in user group meetings/conferences.
Consults with HR team and other departments to determine HRIS needs
Performs all other duties as assigned
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
4+ years of experience as an HRIS Specialist/Analyst, preferably in healthcare
Human Resources certification preferred
Ability to demonstrate strong knowledge of assigned HR/Payroll technology solutions
Proven ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HRIS processes
Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries
Proficiency in HRIS software required, UKG strongly preferred
Project Management with a consulting mind-set highly desired
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
