Job Summary

Bohannan Hustonis currently seeking an entry level Civil Engineer to join our Civil Engineering Group in our Las Cruces, NM office.

As an entry level Civil Engineer in the Las Cruces office, you would be involved in numerous tasks that could include assisting with permitting, grading/earthwork design, roadway design, water/wastewater/gas utility design, and associated design drafting, project record documentation, preliminary engineering reports, GIS database development, computer analysis modeling, construction cost estimating, and technical specifications.

Who You Are

• You have graduated or will have graduated by May 2025 with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, and haveat least a 3.0 GPA, and have shown a commitment to academic focus, leadership and delivering high quality solutions and products.
• You have earned yourEI certification.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication, are a great listener, and are prompt, polished, and specific in your responses.
• You are determined, organized, and detail oriented.
• You are customer focused.
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn and grow.
• You welcome feedback and find ways to do your work better.
• You are eager to make your work more efficient by learning and mastering various engineering technologies.
