Company is looking for a Part-time (24 hours) but additional hours may be available to help cover scheduled PTO for other MDS Nurses. Prefer candidate have an understanding on the MDS process, CMS quality measures for reimbursement, and 5- Star quality measures but willing to train. Understanding of case management a plus.
The ideal candidate can work independently but also collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
