Job Description

Overview
We are looking for a Mid to Senior Level Cost Analyst tol perform a wide variety of cost and economic analyses, estimating, what-if drills, impact statements, and engineering studies for a variety of Army managed programs.

Responsibilities

Work may include:
- Parametric cost estimating
- Life cycle cost analysis
- Cost estimating relationships and model development
- Cost risk analysis
- Cost-benefit analysis
- Performance measurement (earned value)
- Project forecasting and risk assessment
- Software cost estimating

Skills Required

A successful candidate should be able to lead the cost estimating activities for the Milestone decision.
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent quantitative and analytical skills with considerable growth potential.
Varying years of experience in analysis and technical management may qualify for a range of Tecolote job categories 5 or more equivalent years of experience in analysis and technical management are required

Must have experience developing a Life Cycle Cost estimate using Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) in support of a Milestone decision
Experience with generating milestone documentation is a plus
Good communication skills and familiarity with Department of Defense acquisition policies are required
DoD top secret security clearance required

Education

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
