Call Center Customer Service Agents
We are seeking two full time professional Call Center Customer Service Agents
to work closely with our team members to provide outstanding service to
customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting
problems.
The Call Center Customer Service Agent will handle Tier I, Tier II inbound
calls and should seek to create a professional experience for each caller.
They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address
all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
To be a successful Call Center Customer Service Agent, you should be
customer-focused, detail oriented, and efficient. They should be polite,
reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable.
