    We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a long-term contract opportunity that requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in human resources and excellent communication skills.     Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues effectively.
    • Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, processing, and communication with employees.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including FMLA and other regulations.
    • Utilize ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce to manage HR operations and employee data.
    • Support recruitment efforts through ATS systems, assisting with candidate sourcing and onboarding.
    • Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and engagement.
    • Manage leave administration processes, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
    • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure HR practices align with organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with different departments to support workforce planning and organizational development.
    • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
    • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian Dayforce.
    • Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment processes.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and benefit administration.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Experience managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
