    Responsibilities:

    • Handle donor-related activities such as selling stock gifts, maintaining records, and addressing donor inquiries promptly.
    • Prepare and present quarterly and annual financial reports, including variance analyses and consolidated statements for external stakeholders.
    • Collaborate on special projects as needed to support organizational goals and leadership initiatives.
    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, with at least 5 years in the nonprofit sector.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of nonprofit accounting principles, tax laws, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in accounting software, financial reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel and Word.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
