Overview




The Solution Manager 2 is responsible for driving the end-to-end solution design creation and associated deliverables. This position ensures that there is alignment of the solutions across the organization to be able to effectively implement support and maintain the company's solution portfolio.


What you will be doing




Participate in the collection and documentation of industry use case requirements to support the creation of software and solution capabilities
Collaborate with other key stakeholders to design entry level impactful solutions that solve industry needs
Configure software components into repeatable solutions using established design patterns and best practices with guidance and oversight from other team members
Assist with the creation of the deliverables in alignment with the organization's solution launch framework
Assist in providing solution education to both internal and external stakeholders
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy


What will make you successful




Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience with relevant programming, database, and cloud technologies
Experience with configuring, designing and deploying software
Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Good collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Demonstrated ability to write high-quality documentation
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
Ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation new ideas and design solutions
Demonstrated ability to articulate complex topics both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences
Ability to remain customer focused and dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers while balancing the priorities of the company and the solution
Good in system analysis, procedure analysis and business problem resolution
Up to 20% travel time required

Based on individual states' employment laws, the following details are to comply with the relevant salary posting requirements: base salary range of $70,400-105,600 and eligible for bonus and benefits
