GENERAL DEFINITION OF WORK
The incumbent is responsible for performing a variety of customer service, cash handling and
general clerical functions. Special note: Requires non-standard or rotating shift work; subject to
days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
The ideal candidate will exude a friendly and positive demeanor at all times and will work
well with others. Basic mathematical skills, customer service experience, excellent
phone skills, ability to multitask, and flexibility in scheduling are desired.
