Description



Northwest Respiratory Services is looking for a Human Resources Manager at our Eagan, MN location. Northwest Respiratory Services is a leading provider of oxygen and respiratory products throughout the Midwest and Rockies. We specialize in serving the long-term care communities and oxygen-dependent Veterans.
This is an ideal role for an HR Manager with experience in a multi-site environment looking to work with a family-owned company whose main mission is to service our customers with compassion and integrity at the highest standards of care.

Work Environment and Schedule: In Office. Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay Scale: $70,000-$80,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures biweekly payroll processing of multi-state payroll
Oversee hiring practices from job posting through the pre-employment process
Manage the termination process from exit interviews to offboarding paperwork
Benefit administration, including open enrollments and planning annual open enrollment
Manage relationship with insurance brokers for employee benefits, workers compensation, and company's insurance policies
Manage employee leaves and related requests (i.e. handling FMLA paperwork, disability claims, workers compensation claims, etc)
Complete and file applicable annual, state, and federal reports (i.e. EEO-1, OSHA, Affirmative Action Plans, Benefit 5500, etc)
Coach and counsel managers with employee performance issues
Serve as a resource to employees to talk to with any concerns or questions
Maintain employee personnel, medical, and DOT files including compliance
Update and maintain employee handbook and recommend necessary changes to policies
Oversee employee perk programs
Plan and coordinate the annual manager's meeting
Represent company in personnel-related hearings and investigations
Qualifications



Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources OR equivalent education and experience
5+ years of HR Generalist experience
3+ years of management experience
Knowledge of HRIS systems
Up to date on employment laws and regulations
Top Candidates Will Have:
1+ years with multi-site environment experience
Experience managing relationships with benefit brokers and carriers
Proven success with consistency in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively and efficiently
