    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio, within the life insurance industry. This contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to lead critical operational initiatives and manage large-scale projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in operations management and project leadership to deliver impactful results. This role is 5 days a week onsite in the downtown Cincinnati office.


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.

    • Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to Agile methodologies.

    • Develop and monitor scorecard metrics to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.

    • Implement capacity management strategies to effectively allocate resources and meet project demands.

    • Facilitate collaboration and communication across teams utilizing Office SharePoint Server for project coordination.

    • Provide leadership and guidance in IT project management to support organizational objectives.

    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and execute strategies to improve operational effectiveness.

    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices within the insurance domain.

    • Analyze data and prepare reports to inform decision-making and track progress.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

    • Proven experience in operations management within a large-scale organizational setting.
    • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application in project management.
    • Expertise in developing and managing scorecard metrics to drive performance.
    • Proficiency in capacity management and resource allocation strategies.
    • Hands-on experience with Office SharePoint Server for collaboration and project tracking.
    • Solid background in IT project management with a focus on delivering results.
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with the life insurance industry and its operational standards is highly desirable.
