    • A+ Certification is required; candidates must complete the certification within two years if not already obtained.
    • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred, but recent graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
    • Proficiency in Windows PCs, Apple devices, and basic networking concepts.
    • Familiarity with Active Directory, Citrix, Cisco, and Dell Technologies is an advantage.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues, including printer support and basic PC repair.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
