The Project Manager (ENM - CTO Government Management Liaison, Project Coordinator, Agreements Facilitator) manages key networking projects, especially the liaison and coordination between DS/CTO and IRM/ENM, the coordination of networking projects and the facilitation of interagency agreements while understanding and maintaining Department of State processes as part of a team.
