lives as our newProduct Quality Specialist. SUMMARY The Product Quality
Specialist is responsible for execution of Nature\'s Way quality
programs to ensure products produced in our Green Bay, WI manufacturing
sites meet or exceed corporate quality requirements and are compliant
with relevant regulations including 21 CFR 111, 21 CFR 210/211, and 21
CFR 117. This position works closely with supply chain to qualify new
components, with the Quality Control Laboratory when setting
specifications and conducting out of specification investigations, and
with Product Development and Operations to help commercialize new
products. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following
(other duties may be assigned): Execute processes for component and
product qualification, establishing and maintaining specifications for
raw materials, packaging components, bulk, and finished goods. Use
quality-related information systems (i.e. SAP, Product Lifecycle
Management (PLM), TraceGains) to execute quality processes. Issue
