Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Adhere to CARD policies and procedures   
  • Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders   
  • Provide top-quality one on one therapy in the CARD clinic, in the patient’s home, in the patient’s school and during patient meetings under the direction of the Behavior Analyst    
  • Set and meet performance goals for case quality, clinic quality, and billable time  
  • Complete introductory and on-going trainings to include initial Behavior Technician training, ongoing clinical staff trainings, and ongoing field training
  • Maintain accurate and timely records
  • Report to behavior analyst on patient progress and implement feedback during each therapy session
  • Participate in regular meetings including staff meetings and mentor meetings
  • Complete necessary steps to maintain RBT Credential
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times, across all settings 
  • Minimize cancellations
  • Maintain billable requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Eager, energetic and passionate demeanor
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential
  • Your own vehicle with proof of auto insurance or another reliable means of transportation
  • Must pass TB test and criminal background check
  • Availability to work 2-3 weekday afternoon or evening shifts (2-8pm) and 1 weekend day shift (9am-5pm)
