Your Job
Flint Hills Resources is seeking a Project Closeout Drafter to work closely with the site Engineering and Operations teams on all matters relating to Drafting, Drawing Management, Project Support and Engineering Records Management. This role will be responsible for collaborating as part of the Asset Information Management team to ensure information is delivered efficiently.

Our Team
The Asset Information Management team is a small group of 10 individuals.We strive to provide the refinery with documentation that is accurate, centralized, and efficient while providing optimal customer service.We are continuously striving to innovate and offer solutions that meet customer needs.

What You Will Do
Communicate with project leads in all disciplines with questions and issues pertaining to projects
Responsible for the final updates of project drawings using Autodesk Construction Cloud
Provide detailed review and updates of all drawing standards, attributes and compliance requirements
Manage multiple assigned compliance action plans based on workload and priority of due dates
Provide support to all levels of organization, as well as with 3rd party contractors and vendors, responding to inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
Organize and prioritize multiple tasks, working both independently, and as part of a team
Innovate and find efficiencies within the role and team's work processes
Possess strong commitment to Safety and Environmental Compliance
Use Microsoft Office products daily (Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook)

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience in AutoCAD
Ability to access ladders, stairs, and heights in the facility

What Will Put You Ahead
Knowledge and understanding of 3D CAD software packages
Experience with Engineering Document Management Systems
Experience supporting Plant Maintenance, Projects and Turnaround activities with Drafting/Design and Engineering Document Management
Experience with design drafting for creation and maintenance of process piping, mechanical, civil and instrumentation drawings, including as built drawing management
Experience with SmartPlant Instrumentation, and CADWorx
Associates degree in Design, Drafting, or related discipline
