    A well-established and dynamic organization is seeking a Accounting Manager to lead and oversee its accounting operations. This role plays a key leadership position in ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency across the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic oversight of fiscal operations, ensuring strong internal controls and the safeguarding of assets.
    • Oversee day-to-day accounting functions including receipts, disbursements, budgeting, ACH and wire transactions.
    • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain the general ledger in accordance with GAAP and ensure timely and accurate month-end close processes.
    • Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and account reconciliations.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancy.
    • Manage relationships with external CPA for corporate tax filings and annual financial reviews.
    • Support the CFO with cash flow forecasting and cash management strategies.
    • Coordinate with internal departments across multiple locations to maintain consistency and service excellence.
    • Lead and manage a team of 4–6 accounting and administrative staff.

    Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
