• Volunteer Management
  • Provide Volunteer training on the 1^st Saturday of each month from 9 am - 11 am.
  • Actively recruit volunteers.
  • Plan a volunteer in-service day once a quarter.
  • Work with other team members to coordinate services when volunteers are needed (ex. Graduation, Black Family Photo Shoot, BIMAW,etc).
• Village Donations
  • Accept donations on the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday each month from 9 am - 11 am.
  • Provide tax receipts to donors if requested.
  • Process donations as they arrive and try to accept the items that are on the current donation lists.

Database Management

• Point of Contact for the IRIS referral system.
  • Check the referral system and send referrals to the correct department (ex. Request for a Doula would be sent to the Doula Coordinator, a request for the Ida Mae Patterson Center would be sent to the Office Manager, etc).
• Point of Contact for the Unite Us referral system.

Tabling Events

• Represent Uzazi Village at community events as needed.
• Work with the Communications Coordinator to determine which events to attend.
