Amentum has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Candidate Management Specialist to join their team at Alice Springs, NT

Reporting directly to the Global Mobility Supervisor, the Candidate Management Specialist oversees key program mobility processes, ensuring compliance with customer-issued guidelines, and providing oversight of key onboarding functions for both US and Australian staff.

The position assists the Travel and Relocation Coordinator to ensure incoming PCS and TDY staff processing is completed accurately and is responsible for the management of the Amentum orientation program, acting as the key employee liaison throughout the orientation process.

The role also provides support to the Global Mobility Supervisor in the management of the SPEAR database, ensuring all Amentum-related data is maintained accurately.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Oversees the candidate management process for both US and Australian employees, acting as the key point of contact for all candidates completing the onboarding Process. Maintains frequent communication with candidates and provides regular updates to Managers.
  • Ensures the processing of all incoming and outgoing PCS and TDY staff is completed accurately, assisting the Travel and Relocation Coordinator.
  • Support the Global Mobility Supervisor with the management of the SPEAR database, ensuring customer requirements are met at all times.
  • Develop (in conjunction with the Learning and Development Coordinator, HR); and implement the Amentum Orientation Program for both US and Australian new employees.
  • Arrange individual briefing schedules for each employee commencing with Amentum. Regularly liaise with FAMs to coordinate orientation schedules and briefings, ensuring meetings are organized ahead of time.
  • Prepare the orientation agenda and Welcome Packet for all commencing employees. Ensure the orientation materials and welcome information is updated regularly.
  • Act as a back-up to the Travel Administrator, providing support with flight bookings, rental vehicle bookings and relocation procedures as required.
  • Provide support to the Content Specialist in the organization of events, provide support to the Program Administration Officer undertaking general administrative tasks in support of the Program Management Office.
  • Ensure compliance with all environmental health and safety requirements.
  • Any other reasonable duties as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Essential

  • Undergraduate Degree or,
  • Equivalent demonstrated experience.
  • Field: Business Administration, Finance, Executive Support

Desirable

  • Post Graduate Qualifications Field: Business Administration, Finance, Executive Support

TICKETS AND LICENCES

Minimum Essential

  • Driver's License

EXPERIENCE – Minimum Essential

  • 3 – 5 years experience in administration management and/or executive support, with a broad administrative understanding of programs of similar size and complexity. High-level communication skills, detail orientation and the preparation of documents are critical to successful performance.
