Job Title: Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Proficient)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with experience using QuickBooks to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Process payroll and maintain related records (if applicable)
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and tax preparation
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files
- Support the accountant or finance team as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and/or Desktop)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Available to start immediately!
