UWCU, you play a key role in developing and supporting COBOL
applications within a mainframe environment. This includes both the
development of proprietary systems and the maintenance of a third-party
system that supports our core financial platform. You will design and
develop applications, collaborate cross functionally, and manage
interfaced applications. This role also involves strategic solution
design, leading large projects, and coaching less experienced staff. Are

strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Design, build, and test
efficient, reusable, and dependable COBOL code for robust software
solutions. Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness in
all applications, prioritizing an exceptional end-user experience.
Provide valuable applications development support for new product
development and process improvements, using various programming tools in
the COBOL environment. Coordinate code migrations across environments,
