Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating.

Implement physicians’ orders and ensure the delivery of prescribed medications, treatments, and procedures.

Monitor residents’ health and respond promptly to any changes or concerns, documenting all care and observations according to company policy and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individualized care plans for each resident.

Administer first aid and emergency care when necessary, both for occupational and non-occupational health issues.

Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care, always prioritizing the comfort and well-being of our residents.
Qualifications:
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a current state certification.
- Ability to work compassionately and effectively with residents in a senior living environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory guidelines.
