Job Description: |
Seeking a Sr. Project Engineer to troubleshoot, develop, test, and debug systems for released products for a major medical device company.
Responsibilities: • Analyze returns and complaints from the field to determine root cause and propose technical solutions to a wide range of complex problems. Document and communicate findings to customer service. • Redesign and test devices in a global regulated environment including FDA requirements. • Work cross-functionally on a team including electrical and mechanical engineering functions. • Analyze, update, and maintain Neuromodulation systems and processes that meet the expectations and uses of the customer, regulatory agencies, and the business. • Communication and document tradeoffs, rationale, and potential solutions to released product problems. • Contribute and build domain knowledge around neuromodulation medical device systems, their clinical use and application via customer and field visits, literature searches and training. • Ensure personal understanding of all quality policy/system items that are personally applicable. Follow all work/quality procedures to ensure quality system compliance and high-quality work. • Foster an environment of collaboration and inclusion with cross-functional team members.
Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advance degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
