Working at NTT
Contractors / Contingent Workers are workers that perform tasks related to a specific function in the business. This position is hired on a non-permanent basis. Contingent workers may include independent contractors, employed for a project period, advisors or freelances.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Works on strategic projects and assignments
Participates in the delivery of operational tasks
Offer detailed technical support required in the assigned function
Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to complete or contribute to the completion of tasks
Engages with internal or external clients
Prepare, updates, reviews documents such as letters, presentations, reports or etc
Assist and support peers and teams in the assigned function
Familiar with processes related to the function
Review and update any policies, procedures and processes as related to the assigned position or function
Have substantial understanding of the job
Uses skills and knowledge to complete a wide range of tasks
Use judgement to solve issues or make recommendations
Recommends new procedures
Contributes to concepts and techniques
Completes work in creative and effective ways
Set team priorities and provide direction
Analyse trends to recommend improvements
Coach, mentor and develop others
Manage and coordinate activities and initiatives
Work with internal stakeholders to execute the strategy
Provide support to employees in achievement of goals
Provide coaching, training and mentoring to team members
Uses good judgement in selecting tools and methods to solve problems
Networks with senior internal and external people in own area of expertise

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:
- Relevant qualifications and certification in related field.
