a part-time for our 20-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit. This is your
opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and
families while doing the work you love in the . What you will do: 64
hours per two weeks = 0.8 FTE Work 8-hour rotating Day (6:30am - 3pm)
and PM (2:30pm - 11pm) shifts; every other weekend and holiday Teach
nursing techniques to help patients and their families develop the
self-care skills necessary to move toward wellness on the
illness-wellness continuum. Promote independence through involvement
with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
Care for a patient population including individuals affected by brain
injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, amputations, and debility due to

every other weekend and holiday The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
provides nursing care for patients and families under the supervision
and direction of the RN or provider. The need for direct supervision
(defined as immediate availability to continually coordinate, direct and
inspect at first hand the practice of another) vs. general supervision
(defined as regularly to coordinate, direct and inspect the practice of
another) is determined based on Standards of Practice and includes
complexity of patients, competency, education, and etc. The LPN applies
nursing knowledge and utilizes evidence-based practice in the
demonstration of the following major responsibilities. Major
