Responsibilities:
Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the district school
buildings and grounds as assigned. Performs a variety of diverse duties
assuring that buildings and grounds are maintained and repaired in a timely
and efficient manner. Duties include but not limited to cleaning entire
buildings including classrooms, bathrooms, and cafeteria. Need to be able
to cleaning machines, ladders, lift 50lbs and work with cleaning supplies
and chemicals.

Qualifications
Required:
• Valid Colorado Driver's License
• Clear a CBI and FBI background check
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Motivated self-starter and ability to work independently
