a Customer Service Representative for a growing storage & moving company in
Centennial, CO! The ideal candidate will work in a call center environment
to answer 40-60 incoming calls daily, assist customers and find
opportunities on each call to upsell!
Job Highlights:
Answer general questions from customers
Provide customers with quotes for their upcoming move
Schedule/Dispatch crews to customer homes
Update customers on ETA of crew(s) on scheduled moving day
