you join us! Job Description The Manager, Enterprise HR Processes will
drive process automation and enhancing operational efficiencies across
the Human Resources team. You will manage a team of HR Project Managers
to modernize HR operations by partnering with the HR Technology team to
use automation technologies, improve Workday functionality, and
implement strategic process improvements. An important aspect of your
work will involve establishing partnerships across the HR team to
Identify areas for improvement. You will report to our VP HR Enablement.
Your Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Development: Guide and manage
a team of HR project managers, promoting a culture of collaboration and
continuous improvement. Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate collaborative
relationships with the HR Technology team and process owners by
establishing clear shared goals and promoting open communication.
Project Oversight and Management: Manage projects focused on process
improvement and automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time
and within budget while meeting quality standards. Participate in
project execution to improve results and provide hands-on support where
needed. Project Funnel Creation and Management: Manage a funnel of
projects, focusing on determining prioritization based on strategic
impact, resource availability, and organizational needs. Ensure
evaluation processes are in place to assess project viability before
initiation. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor\'s degree or
equivalent of relevant work experience. Legal authorization to work in
