is responsible for acting as a liaison between the users across the FMG
organization and the IT department enhancing the solution platform to
meet the needs and goals of the business. This role supports the
business by analyzing business needs, solidifying requirements,
troubleshooting of issues, training focal points users, managing
projects and defining solutions. Additionally, as a member of the IT
Applications Team, you will provide functional and technical support to
Business Users to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Team members are expected to become the experts for their applications
and have strong knowledge of business processes supported by the Team.
Essential Skills and Functions Acts as a business guide for Planning and
Production processes throughout the concept, design, realization, and
support SAP project stages. Collaborates with business stakeholders and
IT resources to propose unified and effective solutions. Evaluates, with
key stakeholders, business processes and needs to increase efficiency,
productivity, and functionality and translates these requirements into
