JOB REQUIREMENTS: We Are Hiring:Lab Services Specialist Phlebotomist -
Brookfield 0.5 FTE Schedule Details: Monday: 12:00-5:45pm Tuesday:
12:00-7:15pm Friday: 12:00-5:30pm, every other Saturday 7:45am-11:00am

The Lab Service Specialist performs phlebotomy on clinic patients. Some
of the responsibilities include: Draw/obtain blood specimen from
patients by mean of venipuncture or capillary collection Makes positive
patient identification Explains the procedure and purpose of steps being
performed Pulls orders from EMR, enters orders into EMR from outside
providers, links orders to appointments, assign venipuncture and
handling charges to the order in EMR What You Will Need: High School
Diploma or equivalent Completion of a formal phlebotomy program at a
technical training school or equivalent experience (2 years in a
