North America SALES OPERATIONS Manager

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager who will be in charge of supporting the Sales execution of North America in order to help achieving Revenue objectives, support long-term sustainable Growth, increase Win Ratio and enforce Sales processes according to Ivalua standard & best practices.

This role located in New York is reporting to the VP Global Sales Operations and will support North America Sales VP and her team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US

  • Forecast & Pipeline Management:

Ensure Pipeline quality & Opportunity Management discipline cross the NA Sales Team. Drive Forecast quality discipline, ensure Forecast accuracy alongside with VP Sales NA & NA RSD’s.

 

  • Sales processes adoption:

Leverage WW Sales Operations processes and best execution practices to increase efficiency, optimize Revenue and Win Ratio across the entire Sales Cycle from prospection to contract signature. Work with Sales Enablement to enforce adoption or update teams on processes updates.

 

  • Business insights / Sales efficiency:

Leverage our Extranet CRM data to provide insights to North America Sales leadership on their past, current & rolling forward future performance anticipating potential risks & opportunities. Deep dive & on-going focus on KPIs (Pipeline Generation, $ARR, Win Ratio) understanding patterns and providing suggestions for improvement. Analyse individual performance indicators to get sellers achieving objectives.

 

  • Go-To-Market execution:

Measure impact of the execution of the GTM thru rolling fwd quality Pipeline Generation. Identify root causes or opportunities to have more efficiency on the impact of the actions plans (Territory prospection, Mkg or Partners activities)     

 

  • Business cadence:

Lead Weekly Forecast calls for North America, co-design content of Quarterly business reviews, support North America Sales VP in coordinating team meetings.

 

  • Other responsibilities:

Manage Deal Desk exceptions approvals for the region. Co-manage quotas setting & compensation pay outs. On-board new sellers on Extranet tool & Sales Ops processes.

Skills and Experience

  • BS/BA Required. Masters or MBA degree preferred,
  • Sales Operations Manager in a SaaS Enterprise B2B organization,
  • Appetite to work collaboratively with sellers and sales leaders,
  • Ability to drive both business strategy and sales execution,
  • Executive communication and ability to work with Leadership teams,
  • Results-oriented, data driven, analytical, business insights,
  • Programmatic in the way to drive sales execution & measure impact,
  • Strategic thinking and ability to provide business advices using data & transforming them into insights.

The salary range for this position is based upon careful and continual market compensation research. In addition to location, salary may also vary based upon job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Title: North America Sales Operations Manager

Base range minimum: $78,750

Base range maximum: $131,250

*Additional compensation / rewards: In addition to the base salary information above, Ivalua offers an uncapped commission plan as part of the competitive compensation package.
