Salesforce Analyst

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in Salesforce.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in SaaS HR system configuration.
  • Ability to work across geographies and different regulatory environments.
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex problems and their resulting dependencies.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day functionality of Salesforce. Be responsible for high quality support and continuous improvement of the system.
  • Manage specific system processes, including configuration, requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and security, with cooperation and communication with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Legal, HR Business Partners, Staffing, Corporate Engineering).
  • Understand product and the global business processes to predict the downstream implications of issues and system changes.
  • Provide resolution of user inquiries, questions, and problems, auditing of process data, analysis and resolution of problems and special cases, training and communication with operations, Human Resources (HR) Business Partners and other stakeholders.
  • Work with vendor customer support team to resolve all escalations that cannot be resolved by Product Analyst team.
