Job Summary | The Scholarship and Advancement Associate provides administrative and technical support for Advancement Services, Development Officers, and the Radford University Foundation Scholarship process. Process travel requests for Development Officers and Advancement staff, and serve as the primary administrator of the Blackbaud Award Management (BAM) system, the University’s scholarship application and award system. Lead processor of updates to the constituent records in Raiser’s Edge. Other duties include purchasing supplies, scheduling meetings and processing and tracking reimbursements for the Advancement office. |

Additional Considerations | Preference given to candidates with working knowledge of Blackbaud’s Award Management system or other scholarship software, Blackbaud’s Raiser’s Edge system, Banner, Microsoft Word and Excel; experience in higher education; experience with Chrome River and eVA. |
