Job Summary
A CNA/NA is needed 40hrs/wk Mon-Fri at Always Best Care Senior Services in Oahu, Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a full time position offering competitive benefits in relation to the Franchise industry. The successful candidate will need to be a team player and have the ability to understand and follow instructions from senior management.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation will be up to $20/per hour with overtime pay every week for full time positions. An employer-provided healthcare plan is provided and a matching 401K retirement plan after an initial probationary period.

Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of a CNA/NA at this position will include but not be limited to:
• Providing personal grooming and hygiene assistance to patients
• Feeding and moving residents
• Responding to call numbers to assist elderly customers in all medical needs
• Monitoring vital signs and progress of elderly customers
• Administering prescribed medications
• Responding to emergencies
• Documenting data accurately

Requirements
• Certification as a nurse aide or nursing assistant
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• 1+ year of experience working in a related field
• Knowledge of common medical procedures
• Must be organized, able to multitask and a team player
• Ability to lift and move elderly patients
• Strong work ethics, reliability and compassion for elderly customers
• Must provide evidence of background checks
